Keto homemade tandoori chicken masala recipe

Easy to prepare recipe with very minimal coconut/olive oil using Air Fryer .

Chicken tandoori is prepared at home using air fryer with minimal oil – suitable for Keto Diet.

The main part the time goes in marinating your chicken. Boneless works better for tandoori, have medium sized pieces about a size that can easily be picked by fork.

The ingredients for 250 gram boneless tandoori chicken

For marinating 250 gram of Chicken.

1 Table spoon of Ginger garlic paste

1 teaspoon of Kashmir Chilly Powder.

1/2 teaspoon of Salt.

1/2 teaspoon of Lemon Juice.

3 teaspoons of Coconut/Olive Oil.

1 spoon Garam Masala powder- this add the flavor of spices

1 Spoon coriander dry grind

1/2 spoon jeera/Cumin dry grind

¼ of black pepper powder.

1 tablespoon curd

Mix the ingredients well and let it sit for at least 1 hour.

After one hour, preheat your air fryer at 200 degrees and leave it to cook for 15 minutes, after 15 minutes you need to turn the chicken and sort a bit to let the bottom part cook.

In a separate cooking pan cook the following

1 spoon oil , crack mustard and curry leaf, let it be crisp and then add

2 Medium size onions Julian cut

2 green chilies, take the seeds our by washing them off and cut it coarse and add to the sorting

Add the following to make the masala

½ table spoon salt

1 tablespoon ginger and garlic Julian cut and crushed a bit with knife.

½ KG cherry tomatoes or wash of seeds of the ordinary tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

Remove the chicken pieces from the air fryer and add it to the masala and fold it, try not to break the chicken pieces and use it as a coat over the tandoori chicken.
