Keto Almond Halwa is a popular Keto recipe and extensively used in Keto diet Indian as Keto Fat Bomb. Almond Halwa in general is prepared during festivals and marriages. Keto Almond Halwa is made from Aalmond flour and Almond Milk and very easy to prepare compared to traditional Almond Halwa which needs lots of time and effort to prepare.
Ingredients for Keto Almond Halwa (12 servings)
- Almond flour – 250 grams
- Almond Milk – 3 cups
- Cardamon powder – 1/2 spoon
- Ghee -1 cup
- Stevia -1 cup
- Saffron flower – 5 petals
- Almonds chopped -8 pieces
- Water – as needed
Bringing it all together:
Heat ghee 1/2 cup in pan and fry chopped almonds till it turns brown.
Then remove from the ghee. Add almond flour to the hot ghee and stir fry, add stevia to it and continue, then pour one cup of almond milk and continue stirring.
When the consistency turns thick , add Cardamon powder and saffron flower, erythritol and stevia.
Add the rest Almond milk to the mixture and stir till it starts separating from the ghee.
Add pre-roasted chopped almonds and serve.
Roughly one serving will contain 4 grams of carbs, so have only one serving in a day to avoid exiting from ketosis.
